Our production base of more than 10,000m2, professional and technical personnel up to 150, products hot selling in more than 30 countries and regions at home and abroad.
Heat-welded rail technology
Why did we choose this?
The rails of the board are the only area where the 2 main components of the board; the deck and the bottom are connected. Therefore, it's a critical area for air leaking. However the Heat-welding the rails is the only way to avoid a board leaking over after the longer term. We adopt mechanically bond the rail layers to the inside drop stitch PVC. This makes the board more durable, longer lasting, and better for the environment.
Compared to traditional silk-screen printing, UV printing brings us more options when designing the paddle boards, no matter how complicated the design pattern or colors, it's no problem for us now. Besides this, it makes the printing clear without scraping and fading, and also can last for a longer time.
Heat Fusion We always use imported Korean glue for all boards, only the EVA pad and the second layer of printing side PVC of the board are pasted by glue.
Now we adopt Mechanical heat-welded rail technology, using the new heat-welding process whereby the top and bottom layers of the board and it's for mechanically bonded, which means that there's no glue used to the top and bottom along the rails. And it can avoid a board from leaking over the longer term, and the boards are more durable, longer lasting, and better for the environment than the traditional all-glue welded.

Q1: Is a sample available? and What's the sample lead time?
A: Yes, the sample is no problem before the bulk order. And it will take around one week after all details are confirmed.
Q2: Is there any warranty?
A: We provide a 1-year warranty. Any fault caused by non-artificial reasons we should maintain freely or provide replacements.
Q3: How long is your production time for regular orders?
A: It will take around 25 days for a 40ft high container(800pcs).Q4: How about your quality control?
A: We have a QC department responsible for it, and they will do the inspection for each production step, and to make sure the good quality is good before the shipment.
Q5: What's your MOQ?
A: There are no MOQ issues about our own brand paddle boards which still have inventory. And the MOQ for custom logo paddle boards usually is 50pcs, and the first trial order of less than 50pcs is acceptable.
